Local business leads in Waterloo, ON

Reaching out in CanadaCold email to Canadian businesses falls under CASL, and phone outreach falls under the CRTC's telemarketing rules. A business address that's published publicly can support implied consent for messages relevant to that business, but every email still needs your identity and a working unsubscribe.
