It happens — B2B data decays and no provider is 100%. Report it through the contact form with the record details. We'll re-check and fix the record. If the phone number is disconnected or belongs to a different business, the credit goes back after review. Unanswered calls and emails aren't covered.

Records move through rolling re-verification cycles — emails are revalidated, dead businesses get cut, and changed roles get updated. We'd rather have a smaller accurate database than a big stale one.
